Fig Date Cupcakes with Vanilla Cashew Cream

Cupcake Base:
1 Cup Walnuts
1/2 Cup Raw Cashews
12 Dry Pitted Dates
1 Cup Dried Figs
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Coconut Vanilla Cashew Cream: 
1 Cup Raw Cashews (soaked for 4 or more hours)
1 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract (or Vanilla bean gum)
1.5 Tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
1 Tablespoon Coconut milk
1/2 Tablespoon coconut oil




Now just like any cupcakes, lovely lady, these cupcakes are high in calories and just like any other cupcakes you do not want to eat 5 in one sitting. So these are considered "Energy Bars"

Calories (Energy): 290
Protein: 19 Grams!
Carbs: 37.25 Grams
Fiber: 5 grams

DIY Mirror Art / Bling! :)



Supplies Needed: 
-one plain mirror (I don't usually shop at walmart but when I do, I get really cool stuff. Like this plain mirror that BONUS hangs over the door!!) (It was $15)

-Sticker Letters





-Paint & Sponge Brush

-Hot Glue Gun
-Marbles

- and 20-30 minutes!

Protein Pumpkin Cookies! "Healthy Easy Recipes"


Yummy Yumm Yum!

Ingredients:
-1/4 Cup Water
-1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
-1/4 Cup Applesauce
-1/2 TSP Cinnamon
-1/2 TSP Pumpkin Pie Spice
-1/2 Cup Vanilla Protein
-1 TBSP Molasses
-1 TBSP Honey
-2 Cups Rolled Oats

and 1/4 Cup of Your Choice 
-walnuts
-chocolate chips
-cacao nibs

- a Bowl
- a Blender
- an Oven
- and Spoon!

Pinterest Orange Peel Candle


LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY: .5 (not even 1) out of 5
PRICE: Free
TIME: 20 minutes total (cuz you have to wait for the wick to dry 15/20 mins before you light it)

So, yea see I saw this candle on Pinterest, it looked and sounded awesome and since I had made a delicious dish with lots of oranges called “Spiced Orange and Date Salad” and had Extra Oranges..I thought. Hey! Why not make one of these candles and do a short awesome video, showing you how to do it too!
Here it is!



Do You Want My Review/Thoughts on it...?

Well, I was expecting it to smell delcious..it didn’t..and I had hoped the flame would burn for awhile..my personal experience..is that it did not. It only lasted a couple minutes.

Did you do this project? What was your experience with it?!
…I suppose it’s kinda cool trick..to show people..but other than that holds no real value in my book.
