Hubbs and I traveled for two weeks straight and in fact spent so much time on our butts! as we drove to the various locations (from the wedding, to NYC, to Niagara Falls) and then Flying (to Idaho)
We in reality did not get too much movement in.
And as many of us know, there is so much temptation on vacation to eat junk and rarely an occasion to where you can get in all of your necessary nutrients for fuel and overall health.

Most Peeps Gain Weight during travel.
Well if you're like me, you hate Having To Lose Weight!!!
So how do we prevent that dreadful awful gain, during our holiday seasons/vacation, yet still enjoy the pleasures of Vacay?!
