"Healthy Easy Recipes" Quinoa "Mac" & Cheese

If you wanna make a Halloween Themed Quinoa and Cheese
We Have That Here Too!!

First Let's Make The Quinoa and Cheese!
I tried a few recipes before finding/creating the one I like best! So Please Enjoy! and Please Feel Free to Share! :)


Ingredients:

1 and 1/2 Cups Quinoa
1 and 1/2 Cheese
1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Egg
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Minced Cloves of Garlic
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

For Pumpkin Face :):
1 Small Can Black Beans
2 Dollups of Greek Yogurt
and a Slice of Cucumber
and more cheese, to broil on top, to make the pumpkin face, extra orange! :)

Serves 12 
Calories /Energy (1): 260
Protein:  13 grams
Carbs : 19 grams
