Life Hack for when you can’t sleep, or just want to Focus!

Mind Hacks are my favorite kind of hacks!

Knowing why we do the things we do, is so intriguing to me and I have spent almost 7 years, in the consistent research of it.
Considering the home, I once came from, I would say, that all the studying and application combined with my Faith, worked pretty dang well.
And since life is ebb and flow…we must always be applying these life hacks and this particular hack is centered around two of my personal favorite life hacks!
